Privacy notice

Last updated 13 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data CircularHub collects when you use this website, buy a device or work with us as a supplier, why we use it and the choices you have.

Who we are

CircularHub is operated by Duvillaun Limited (Irish company number 827481), Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 T2C9, Ireland. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries. Duvillaun determines how personal data is used for its platform operations. The independent supplier may separately determine how it uses order data to fulfil the sale and meet legal obligations.

Information we collect

When you browse, contact us, create a supplier account or place an order, we may process contact information, delivery details, order and device information, correspondence, tracking, return and warranty records, account/security information and limited website usage data. Payment-card details are entered into the payment provider’s secure checkout rather than stored by CircularHub.

Why we use it

We use information to operate the website, facilitate orders and payments, provide support, arrange delivery, returns and warranty assistance, prevent fraud, secure accounts, maintain required records and respond to enquiries. Depending on the activity, our legal bases include steps requested before a contract, performance of our service contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required.

Who receives information

We share the minimum information needed with the seller fulfilling your order, delivery providers, payment processors, hosting and communications providers, security/analytics providers and professional advisers or authorities where necessary. The seller may act as an independent controller for fulfilment, consumer remedies and legally required records. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate safeguards where required.

Cookies and website storage

We use essential storage for website and account operation and may use limited analytics or attribution storage. We will provide appropriate notice and request consent where required for non-essential technologies.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, including applicable tax, accounting, consumer protection and dispute obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent applies. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or, where applicable, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Updates

We may update this notice as our services or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page.
