Every device on CircularHub shows where it ships, what delivery costs and when it should arrive before you pay. This page explains how those details are worked out.

Where we deliver

Each listing shows its available delivery destinations. You can only place an order for an address within the destinations available for that device.

Delivery charges

The delivery service, price and estimated delivery timing are shown before payment and included in your checkout total.

Dispatch and estimated arrival

Devices are dispatched by the professional supplier holding the stock. Dispatch cut-offs, handling times and carrier transit estimates depend on the device and are shown on its listing. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. The delivery estimate accepted at purchase is retained with your order.

Tracking

We will send available dispatch and tracking information to your order email address. Your CircularHub order page shows the latest available status.

Delays and problems

If delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue. Your statutory rights, including applicable rights where delivery is not made within the agreed time, are unaffected.
